Inergy and WiGL Reimagine Energy for the US Air Force

Inergy is proud to announce it's working with WiGL, a touchless wireless power technology company, to reimagine energy for U.S. Air Force. 

Both WiGL and Inergy were part of the Air Force’s Small Business Innovation Research Technology Acceleration Program or SBIR TAP in 2021 where we both presented our technology visions to Reimagine Energy for the Department of Defense. We were both invited to present our technologies at Travis Air Force Base, the largest military aerial port in the United States. We were hosted by Phoenix Spark, the innovation cell at Travis AFB that partners with industry to develop solutions that directly impact the Air Force’s mission. 

Inergy and WiGL presented to Travis Air Force Base’s wing commander and other key leaders and were invited back for Exercise Golden Phoenix, where we demonstrated our solutions to distinguished military and civilian leaders. Inergy was given access to a special airbase hangar where we supported multiple military use case demonstrations including the WiGL demo. We received strong interest in the combined Inergy and WiGL solutions. As a result, we were invited to conduct additional field demonstrations.
