We stand by our products, so if your order is received defective, missing parts or damaged, we are here to assist right away. You may return or exchange your products within 30 days of receiving them. A restocking fee of 15% + return shipping cost may apply to any returned Power Station, kit, or solar panel purchase.

Please contact us to submit your request (include order # and reason for claim).

  • Returned items must be in the same condition (unused, unmodified) as they were received. Items only partially returned will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • To process your return, we will contact you to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and to arrange for return shipping.
  • A credit will be issued back to you within 7-days of the item being received.
  • Special orders or gift cards cannot be returned. Nonreturnable items will be clearly indicated as nonreturnable so you are made aware prior to ordering.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please keep in mind that we are unable to cancel any specific item(s) or entire orders that have already shipped.
  • International orders are not eligible for return.
  • Currently we can not replace the battery pack in the Kodiak or Apex. Panasonic discontinued the battery cells used in these systems.

Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipment and receive a full refund. You can request a full refund via phone, email or chat. Once the request is received and processed please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to hit your account.
