Returns + Exchanges
We want you to receive a quality product that you really enjoy! If for some reason you don't love it, you may return any eligible item within 30-days of delivery. We stand by our products, so if your order is received defective, missing parts or damaged, we are here to assist right away. Please contact us to submit your request (include order # and reason for return).
- Returned items must be in the same condition (unused, unmodified) as they were received. Items only partially returned will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be issued.
- To process your return, we will contact you to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and to arrange for return shipping.
- A credit will be issued back to you within 7-days of the item being received.
- Special orders or gift cards cannot be returned. Non-returnable items will be clearly indicated as non-returnable so you are made aware prior to ordering.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please keep in mind that we are unable to cancel any specific item(s) or entire orders that have already shipped.
- International orders are not eligible for return.
