THE DELAY ANNOUNCEMENT

SEPTEMBER 17, 2020
On this day we announced a 90-day delay in shipping the Flex to pre-sale customers who purchased on or before September 14 who were expecting shipment in October. We also changed the shipping estimate for new Flex pre-sale orders placed after September 14 to February.
To compensate our early pre-sale customers for this delay, we added a full year to the overall system warranty. Now, all customers who purchased before September 14 will have three years of warranty coverage on all Flex modules and the No “B.S.” 10-Year Warranty on the Flex Battery. This combination of warranty coverage is by far the best warranty for this kind of product.
