Customers Positively Respond to Flex Amidst Global Supply Chain Disruptions
Pocatello, Idaho, September 22, 2021 – Inergy (www.inergytek.com), provider of the world’s most adaptable and easy-to-use renewable energy storage solutions, has named Curtis Steinfeldt as the new Vice President of Logistics. Steinfeldt, who came to Inergy from his role as President of Bomarc Companies, a multimillion-dollar retail development corporation, will oversee and strengthen the supply chain, the purchase cycle, product shipment, and administrative logistics.
“Inergy’s accelerated growth, due to innovative products and the momentum of energy storage in the residential market, has created the need and opportunity for a new senior leadership position,” said Sean Luangrath, CEO of Inergy. “Curtis Steinfeldt’s extensive business experience and vision for the future of hybrid portable solar storage will enhance Inergy’s customer experience, help Inergy navigate the chaos currently gripping global supply chains, and provide innovative energy solutions to our customers.”
The new vice president position is critical to Inergy’s customer base, especially with the recent global supply chain disruptions and the ripple effects it has had on customers receiving Inergy’s popular Flex Modular System. "The pandemic has shown us just how vital strategic sourcing and creative problem solving can be," said Luangrath. "As original customer delivery timelines extended far beyond what anyone expected, we knew we needed someone with logistical chops to help us navigate these uncharted waters." With Curtis's help, products are now rolling off the assembly lines in mass quantities and air shipping to expedite delivery.
“Renewable energy in the residential energy storage market will change life as we know it,” said Steinfieldt, Vice President of Logistics. “The Inergy team has been working nonstop to quickly manufacture and deliver our innovative products amidst very challenging global supply chain disruptions brought on by the pandemic. We’re grateful for our customers’ understanding, patience, and loyalty. As product shipments are starting to catch up with our backlog of orders, it is wonderful to see our customers’ positive responses and how our products are making their lives better.”
Customer Testimonials:
Customer Noah G wrote during the hurricane season “…my wife and I live in the woods in south Florida. This is our emergency system. I am able to store my food, keep it cold. Most importantly, I’m able to keep my wife’s insulin cold. We can run most of our systems…”
Customer Jane T wrote “…I just wanted to tell you how much I’m enjoying my flex power station. It hasn’t let me down. I love the fact that I can carry it and move it wherever I need it. When the kitchen lights went out, I got my Flex and took it in the house and had light within minutes. With anything else I wouldn’t be able to move that quickly and get things restored to normal usage. I just want to say thank you to you guys for a great product and your customer service…”
